I am getting ready to head over to the hospital to have this little man. At my doctor's appt this morning, they noticed that my blood pressure is starting to creep up again. Nothing serious now, but my doctor told me that if I was his wife, he would deliver me today instead of waiting until July 1st. So, around 6 p.m. I will be going in for my c-section. Thanks for your prayers for a safe delivery and healthy baby. Will update once he's here.
UPDATED: I want to thank you all for your prayers. I had a wonderful birth experience. My recovery is going so well and I should be going home - with Ian in hand! - tomorrow. He's become a really good nurser and is a very gently soul. I made a slide show of his first 2 days here at the hospital if you are interested in checking it out.
