Wednesday nights are swim meet nights here during June and July. I am hoping to make a pasta salad with some chicken and brocoli. Or I might make subs. Of course we could just buy dinner at the swim meet.
I hope you are more decisive about your dinner plans tonight. What's cooking at your house?

I am making Marinated Grilled Chicken only I am substituting mango chutney for the salsa. Serving with grilled vegtables, tossed green salad, and rice.

Guess which won.

It is salad night at our house! We are having chicken salad and a green salad.
Mary Chris, I envy your evening swim meets. Ours are at 7am and usually have quite a bit of travel time

It is leftover night here...peperonata, pasta, carnitas, anything else in the fridge - I'm trying to eat down some of our fridge food.
Besides, I baked our monthly homeless casserole this morning...I am cooked out for today!
