I'm planning on picking up a chicken pot pie at Costco tonight, for myself and a friend. I'll fix a salad and cut up some strawberries to go along with it. It's chilly and rainy her in our area, so I'm hoping chicken pot pie will warm us up tonight. Then of course two of mine will have it for breakfast tomorrow. They will be so happy!!!

Tami, I mix a little mayo with Parmesan cheese and maybe a smidge of horseradish and smear it all on top of the tilapia - bake it for about 10 minutes or so, salt and pepper it and serve - YUM!!
We will be having shrimp fried rice.

I'm about to get some bread dough going so the kids can make personal pan pizzas. Lots of good veggies to throw on top - mmmm! Sometimes I wonder, when everyone one enjoys a meal so much, does going meatless real constitute a sacrifice?

We were going to grill pizzas (cheese for kids and veggies for grownups), but it's been raining most of the day. If it doesn't clear up we'll just bake them.

After over a week of lovely weather, it has turned cold and a bit rainy. We had fish-n-chips from our local chippy. My dh ordered mushy peas to go along with it.

I made Spanish salmon bake. It turned out pretty well. I think I'll try another recipe from the website next week.
