chicken chimichangas/burritos/tacos
chicken caesar salad
chicken noodle soup
fried chicken
stir-fry
chicken pot pie
chicken alfredo
buffalo chicken

Ok, I'll stop there.

If your freezer is still working, then you could cook it all up and refreeze. Maybe throw it all on the grill, cool, then package the meat in 1-2 cup amounts.

We do a lot of Mexican dishes with chicken: chicken fajitas, burritos, enchiladas. Also, things like chicken pot pie, but that is kind of hot for this time of year. How about chicken salad? My mom makes a great one, I can get the recipe if you'd like.
