I'm pulling bbq out of the freezer tonight. I love it when we can eat half and freeze half for another night.

Lamb shoulder roast (nearly the last of our 4-H lamb!) with salad and carrots. I hope everyone enjoys this, because our weekend is going to be so busy I doubt we will eat again until Monday  ! What is it with May???

Mary Chris...if our family eats chicken nuggets one more time...I may stop eating completely!

We had a quick dinner...Italian sausages on rolls and broccoli, and fish sticks for dd who didn't want sausage.
