There are a few Scouts - and I've known most of them for years - whose faith is wavering (one even told my ds that Deism sounded just fine to him  ). Please pray for these young men - they're wonderful people and dedicated Scouts, but need a spiritual boost during these last years of high school.
Also, please pray for my son as he tries to explain the truths of our Faith to his fellow Scouts, both Catholic and non-Catholic. He's shy, so this is hard for him, but he's sure trying hard.

Nancy, praying for these young men and in particular for your son to remain strong in the Faith. The late teen years and early 20's are such a challenging time for young people. I will ask our Lady to keep your son close to her and to Jesus.

What a tough situation for your son, Nancy! I love Chari's suggestion of St. Dominic Savio as an intercessor! Our family has a very, very special devotion to him and he is perfect for this situation.
