My 5 youngest children will all be Baptised on July 5th. I would like to get the Godparents something small to remember the day by. I have considered a framed picture of the child. I just am not sure. any ideas? Thanks

That is a very nice idea, to give the Godparents a gift! A photo of their Godchild is special! And perhaps as well, you could take a picture ON THE DAY OF THE BAPTISM of your child with their Godparents, then with your "Thank you" note, include the picture in it? That way, they can put the new picture in your picture frame you've already given them

That was going to be my suggestion too Nique.
Getting a picture of the child with the godparents on that day to send to them.

Do you know how to make rosaries? I can make the knot rosaries, and I think one for the godparents would be very nice, so they can pray for their godchildren on that and remember them when they do. I like to stress that they need to pray for my kids as much as possible, more than gifts, so anything religious (crucifix, rosary, holy cards, etc) to encourage that.

(And thanks JodieLyn:)

How about an icon of your child's patron saint?

I've always liked the picture idea, but I would love to get them in a small album to keep by my bed where I pray. That way as I add godchildren or when they receive another sacrament, I can add pictures.
