Tonight I'm making roasted potatoes for a end of season lacrosse party. We'll enjoy all the other BBQ type food and fixings there. YUM!

That does sound good. I just love BBQs!
This week I've been doing terribly on my meal planning. But tonight is steak and baked potatoes.

This is an insanely busy week for us...I hope to make pasta with tuna/tomato sauce tonight, but tomorrow I'm helping a friend prep for a huge party Friday, so I have no idea what we'll eat when I'm done! (Canned soup? )
At least all my meals are taken care of Friday - lunch out and friend's party...whew.

Nancy, can you share your tuna/tomato sauce recipe? I've always wanted to do that, but chicken out. How does it taste compared to a meat sauce? Is the tuna taste dominant?

We're having leftover corn dog casserole and green beans tonight. I'll probably open a can of fruit cocktail to go with it. Not the healthiest of suppers, but it's quick and easy and Wed. is a busy night since dh and the twins have T-ball practice.

Grilled sausage, grilled potatoes in foil, grilled veggies, and salad. I am enjoying cooking this week!
Jenn, can I come over for steak and baked potatoes? It is one of my most favorite meals. Of course, you know how I love to eat anyway!

My oldest son requested grilled hamburgers tonight, and I am happy to oblige. I'll also serve corn on the cob and fruit!

Grilled chicken... and... I haven't gotten that far yet.
I have salad stuff. I have pineapple. I have baked beans. Put those things together and hopefully I have dinner!

Steak and potato night...but I'm not cooking.
It's graduating senior night at the KC hall tonight. We cooked a big pot of purple hull beans fresh from our garden the other night and I put half aside to bring to the supper tonight.
