We are aiming for a scheduled C-section for our little boy next Tuesday, the 26th. Your prayers that all my complications would stay in check this last week and for a safe delivery (this is my sixth section) of this little one would be much appreciated.
We have moved the section from its scheduled day for every pregnancy, but I really have my heart set on this particular date, the feast of St. Philip Neri, and would appreciate a little prayer that nothing crops up to change our plan during the week.
Offering this week for all of you newly expectant mommas...and thinking of you, Marilyn and Emily!

Colleen - I will be praying. Mine is scheduled for the same day. I am still hoping to go before as I have been in prodromal labor for what seems like an eternity! I had hoped for my scheduled day to be Saint Rita on Friday. But the kids have researched Saint Philip Neri and are pleased that he was known for his humor and for being counter cultural. (is this a hint of name for your new one?)
Praying you have a very peaceful week and that the c-section will go safely with a quick recovery for you.
Praying you get some rest as well as things done this week.

I've been thinking of you, Colleen...trying to imagine you with your feet up on the couch enjoying a glass of iced tea while the boys demonstrate some form of weaponry at your feet...but...you're scrubbing light bulbs aren't you? 
I'm just kidding, of course!
You've been in my thoughts and prayers and will stay there! I pray that this week passes blissfully sans complications and that next weeks birth is an uncomplicated delivery of your precious baby boy! I can't wait to hear of you snuggling him in your arms!
