. I ordered his Chemistry book from Amazon and sent it back because it overlapped quite a bit with The Mystery of the Periodic Table by Ben Wiker. If my book budget was larger I would have kept it, but as it was I felt I could only justify keeping one and preferred Wiker's book. If I remember rightly Tiner's Chemistry book is arranged as a history of the discovery of the different elements, with quite a lot of information about the individual elements interspersed with the history.
