My dd19 flies home from college today, and my mom is also flying in for a visit today (dd6 has a dance recital on Thursday.) So - even though I am happy-excited, and it is "happy stress"- my IBS is flaring - because my body just recognizes "stress" - it doesn't care if it is of the happy/excited sort.
So - I am having a BAD ibs day, and that, in turn, is making me anxious. 
ow ow ow ow.
if you get a chance, could you say a quick prayer for me?
