Ham and Sausage Jambalaya here, with biscuits and salad. I have my first hired babysitter coming here for a few hours, so I'm running around cleaning my house. How pitiful is that?

Let's see... the menu says Garlic Chicken Pizza. Oh, it must be Wednesday! I am so blessed that my kids love this meal and don't mind eating it every week.

I need lots of good ideas to pick from today..
My brain is taken over with figuring out food and all for the lacrosse tournament we'll be at all day Saturday.
Hopefully, I can get that settled and then be able to think about dinner

Tball game tonight so we need something we can eat at the ballpark. Spinach wraps filled with baby spinach, roasted red peppers, mozzarella and grilled chicken tossed in balsalmic vineagrette, served with sunchips and apple slices.

I'm roasting chicken and vegetables...it's cold outside and my veggie drawer is overflowing. We'll probably have new potatoes, too.

Homemade chili and Jiffy Cornbread (thanks to my ds' visiting friend). I think that it is a BSA favorite with my family.

Ribs. Roasted broccoli. Slaw. Maybe black beans and corn and tomatoes, I'm not sure.

Homemade pizza using Trader Joe's pre-made dough. (I love those!)
Perfect for after soccer...
