What's for dinner? A rainy weekend, a rainy day, looks like a rainy week ahead...I just don't know. I don't have a category for "Noah's Ark meals". I have to go out in the rain and do grocery shopping, but I'm thinking spaghetti.

I think something fast like grilled chicken sandwiches and tater tots. We've got to eat early and run.

Baked chicken here, with mashed potatoes and peas. I'm really in the mood for a lettuce and chicken salad. Hmmm...maybe tomorrow night with the leftovers.

All day co-op today.
It's a box day.
4-cheese lasagna and veggies.

Tonight is the night my 11 year old likes to cooks when we have the time...tonight I guess we did...because she made kielbasa, pirogis, and green beans.
Yum.
(Always tastes better when you don't have to cook it!)

We're having chicken wings...Greg's frying them outside, so it's minimal work for me, oven roasted potatoes, and peas.

Oh, we're boring... we had lean ground beef burgers on the George Foreman grill and the griddle pan. Fresh veggies on the side to much...
I hate having to clean both griddle and grill pan now!

We had Harvest Turkey Burgers on the George Foreman with fries. The only veggies were mixed into the burger but they are really yummy!
