I write this with my heart breaking. Our neighbors are a sweet Catholic family, married 13 years, with a dd age 9 and ds age 7. The dh announced he's leaving them after the holidays. Says the wife is too difficult; she is pleading to try counseling or even a separation instead. He will not even consider it. She is a great person, a kind mother and good wife. We are wondering if the husband has seriously become mentally ill (he insists there is no other woman).

My dh and I clearly see the devil at work, doing a jig next door as he chews up and spits out yet another family.

Please I beg prayers for them (Charlie and Maricella), even going so far as to ask that you pray for them at Masses this weekend. I would be so very grateful! I love them all...
