A dear CCM friend, Gloria.......is due any moment with her 5th baby.....her 4th girl in a row!
She has a health issue that could bump her up to high risk during labor.
Would you all remember her in your daily prayers? I will let you know when baby Charlotte arrives!
I sure wish I could go help her! Prayers are the best I can do!.....though, I did mail her a box of fun teas for Christmas!

Thanks for the prayers. Gloria and Charlotte are still one.......if you know what I mean!
But, she called me last night....and she sounded so good on the phone......and, she was tea testing all day! 
we are considering ways to go down and help her (those of you on here who know her......please don't say anything........we are still praying about it)...so, if you can just add that to the prayers, too...that would be great!
that is the update.......but I really got online to beg prayers for my local friend.......who just found out she is pregnant on Monday......and is now spotting and cramping.....she is so sad, and woke me up this morning, scared. Her first pg ended in a tragic miscarriage...her second ended in the birth of a baby the day after my last one..........who has allergies so severe.....she can eat like 7 things  ....and went into anaphylactic shock with her first taste of non-breast milk. This child has been hard to care for........asthma attacks, eczema.....etc............and so her dh said no more babies.........but, he recently has had a change of heart........amazing turn around...she so wants to have a baby..........if you could pray she doe not lose the baby..........OR....if she does.............that she will trust God?
oh..............and, as long as we are on this topic.....she has to take the next few days off of work.......and her employer will need prayers, too, as he tries to replce her!! 
she works for my dh  .............and he has three people out this Christmas weekend now......for illnesses, severe ones...........and he will be home for only a couple of hours on Christmas day, now

I'm praying Chari...and since I can probably "guess" who is local and expecting, I will say a few extras for this precious one. How wonderful about the change of heart for her dh.

oh, oops! I am supposed to keep quiet till she is three months! to local people! I guess I am caught don't tell!
update on Gloria: I just got off the phone with her......... she seems to be heading into labor...though for the moment she is not contracting....and, I just found out about another risk factor she has.....so, keep praying!
also, for her dh to realize how he can be of help to her!
You guys are awesome!
For some reason, I checked the calendar today..........and I suddenly SAW Gloria have a Christmas baby! Now, wouldn't that be fun!

Announcement: (you are not surprised, right?? )
Charlotte was born at almost noon, CA time.
Dad says both mom and babe are well.....and that he could feel all of the prayers.
Gloria was a smart mama.........and let her kids open their Christmas presents last night 
she will be in the hospital for two nights........

That's totally awesome, Chari.
Our cathedral was recently renovated here in Sac and we went to Mass there today at 11:00am with the Bishop presiding! And prayed for Gloria and Charlotte!
