What's for dinner?
I did make it to Trader Joe's after a fun time at nature study, so we had chicken. Tacos will be tonight.

Last night was grilled Asian turkey cutlets with a linguini pasta dish on the side.
Tonight...tonight...tonight...I guess I am still thinking. Since it is so beautiful here in VA, it will probably be something on the grill again...
I love spring in VA!

Hmmm. Still have salad leftovers to use up. We had pasta with clam sauce last night (house reeks of garlic today!) and ate so much we couldn't finish the salad.
Tonight is late dance class so we need something that either sits in the crockpot for consumption at any time or comes together in five minutes. I'm thinking crockpot mac and cheese or turkey burritos.

I'm thinking spaghetti, a salad, and garlic bread.

It's leftover night: fried rice and scrambled eggs for my husband and the kids, pasta and a salad for me.

That's me most days, Kacky!
Today, I have a plan! Miracle, huh? It is a family favorite (translation--everyone will eat it!) and low-cal--I need the low-cal right now!

Aha, just enjoyed a wonderful dinner prepare by our ten year old daughter; Enchilada layered pie with a great green salad to accompany it. Yum!
Happy eating everyone!
