Did you know…

that if there are enough finger prints on your windows that, in the right light, it looks like that frosty stuff you can spray on them.

that if you leave your tree undecorated till Christmas eve to be old fashioned, your kids won't be able to stand it and will fill it with homemade ornaments. (Guess that's old fashioned too.)

that you can never bake enough cookies because everyone eats them as fast as you can bake them. (So much for it being a penitential season.)

that it's a rule; something always breaks down or the kids get sick for Christmas. (Maybe this wouldn't happen if we were penitential enough.)

that fat babies with no neck to speak of look silly in turtlenecks. (But their mother puts it on them anyway because it has cute Christmas trees on it.)

that if the kids have the job of watering the tree there will always be a wet trail from the sink to the tree stand in the living room.

I have checked with my local expert (my mom) and she confirms these findings.
