Hopefully we will finally eat the stuffed shells I bought weeks ago at Costco, along with salad and bread.
I really don't want cheese pizza tonight.
A few of our Friday night activities are already cancelled, it's been raining most of the morning so maybe sports practice will be cancelled too. A quiet night at home sounds wonderful!

I need to talk to my husband and see if he's going to let himself out of the office in time to attend the K of C fish fry tonight. My son the Boy Scout should join the other scouts in busing tables.
If not fish fry, then veggie frittata at home.

I always make pizza on Friday nights. I have not been able to partake in it for about 2 months because of my eliminating dd#2's allergens from my diet. I found a recipe for a pizza crust using rice flour....so tonight I am having pizza as well!!! I am so excited. Of course, it won't have any cheese on it either. I plan to put on caramelized onions and broiled asparagus and garlic. Not sure what I will put on the 2 regular pizzas I am making. Maybe just the old standbys or creamed spinach on one and olives on the other.

Eggs and toast for breakfast,
Cheese pizza for lunch,
and, at long last, a FISH FRY at our church tonight for dinner!
Peace.

We had pizza, courtesy of my amazingly wonderful parents, who are in town for my daughter's recital. They are bearing up wonderfully under my stress.

I gave some tuna burgers a try based on a recipe a friend of mine shared. Yummy!
