Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My son and I will be in Marietta from Wednesday through Sunday for a Catechesis of the Good Shepherd training. Childcare is NOT coming together (had lots and lots and lots of possibilities, but it's spring break week and everyone decided to leave town!) I am wondering/hoping/praying that there is a family on this board in that area that might be interested/willing to take on an extra child for any or all of my training days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 12n-5). I can pay - that's not a problem - and we have hotel and all else - I can even send food with him.

My son will be 5 on Good Friday and has "articulation delay" meaning that he's not easily understood out of context - but his vocabulary and grammar are really high according to the evaluation and he's learned to express himself in different words if one sentence doesn't work.

Other than that, he's a typical 4yo boy who loves games of all kinds, books, coloring, climbing, jumping, helping with household chores (most of the time anyway!).

PM me if you're in that area or know someone in the area....
