Tonight we are having homemade subs, veggies and fruit. I hope you all are having something a little more exciting!

venison roast, creamy mushroom gravy, carrots, green beans, potatoes and mashed potatoes (a combination of leftovers, a frozen venison roast, and some mashed potatoes to serve the mixed veggies on/over, cause I made too much gravy), salad.
This was going to be dinner last night, but due to circumstances beyond my control, we didn't eat dinner last night (late late lunch) and so it is dinner for tonight instead.
Works out well--co-op goes until 4, won't get home til after 430...
I've actually gotten my week's worth (well, Mon-Fri) of menus figured out. For dinners. Lunches and breakfasts are more of a "catch as catch can" kind of thing, since DH isn't home.

Oh, I love those Penzey's spices! We are having grilled steak, baked potatoes, antipasti, and bistro salad. And I am not cooking.

I didn't do a full meal plan this week since we are suppose to be going on vacation on Wednesday. However, the weather and the job may have other plans for us.
Breakfast was scottish oatmeal for most of us.
Lunch will be sandwiches, however I didn't go to the store since I only have two days planned so I don't have any buns that we usually use. We may be having those sandwiches grilled on spelt bread.
Supper will be hamburger noodle bake and a salad.

Pioneer Woman's Lasagna, big green salad, and a take-and-bake baguette. I made one meal for our family and one for the C. family - Marie had her baby last week!

It's supposed to be a spaghetti but I heard a few groans at that announcement. Bread's on the baking list today so maybe I'll make something to go with that. Stew would be nice or maybe pea soup.

Probably mac'n'cheese and peas. I've got flu and fever, so I'm going to try to get my husband to cook. He is deeply allergic to cooking, poor guy.

We are without a kitchen (remodeling), and sick of take-out, so I got some microwaveable garden burgers, buns, hummus and salsa, chips and carrot sticks. I'm actually looking forward to something simple, fast and yummy, even if I feel a bit guilty for feeding my family food out of the microwave. Oh, well, it's only temporary.
