Could you please say a prayer for me (us) tp help us through this week? I have just come down with a really rotten cold -- pinkeye, fever, congestion, weakness, the whole 9 yards -- and now all of the kids are sick, too. My dh will be out of town most of this week. He hasn't left yet and I am still struggling to put some food on the table tonight because he won't be home until late... We have NO support network -- our nearest friends are 40 minutes away -- and I am not quite sure how I'm going to do this. Your prayers would help so much!
(I just want to let you all know, too, that even when I don't leave replies in the prayer threads that I pray for you all!)

Thank you for your prayers! (And the virtual soup offers!  )
We survived. I am sure it was in large part due to your prayers that the baby actually slept BETTER this week than he ever does. With some extra sleep, I feel a lot better. The kids are all feeling better, too. The twins, of course, started feeling better before the rest of us, which was a little dicey considering their energy levels, but we managed to be fed, changed, and laundry washed (if not folded) all week... until dh walked in last night. Now, if I can get through this weekend when dh will be working again... all will be well.
(Where's that taking a deep breath icon anyway???)
