Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Crazy morning here!

Tonight my mom said she would make macaroni and cheese, my dad said he would take us Panera, I was planning on making cheese pizza. I think it is still a toss up as to who is eating, making, buying what tonight.

We're having Baked Lentils with Cheese, a recipe from More with Less. Everybody loves this dish. I'll make some potatoes with it.

Sesame peanut noodles and broccoli here. Leftover pancakes for breakfast, poutine for lunch (after Mass! We made it to noon Mass! I didn't get glared at too much for bringing a squirelly baby/toddler!)

Mary Chris,
When we spoke on the phone earlier, I had just stopped at Costco for some frozen Pierogies and fresh bread for our dinner tonight. Easy is important on Fridays here!

Our local Pizza Place has a Greek Pizza that is fabulous. Cesar Dressing, feta cheese, red onions, olives, tomatoes, and banana peppers. Yummy!
I know I could make this at home but what a treat during lent.
