Please pray for infant twins, Gianna and Jeremiah, born 2/14/09, who are losing weight, unable to take in enough nutrition to sustain them, and have just been rushed to the hospital by their worried parents...particuarly for little Gianna who has not been having wet diapers or stools. We are praying through St. Gianna Molla's intercession for their sweet lives to be protected, as well as for their young family's spiritual and emotional well-being.

Thanks so much for praying! The babies are both doing better. Gianna was in the NICU for 3 days and is coming home today. She was quite dehydrated due to loss of fluids in first 2 days from vommiting up amniotic fluid and phlegm, as well as all her colostrum. And her temp. had dropped. But they said we brought her in just at the right time, if we had waited until her appt. the next day, it could have been much worse for her.
Jeremiah miraculously perked up a bit that night at the hospital, and started nursing better. Things are looking up!They both are more alert and nursing better most of the time, sometimes just a matter of getting them to wake up enough to eat!
