Because I know many of us here are adoptive parents or are contemplating adoption, I thought I would let you know about a new book by Dr. Ray Guarendi.

Adoption: Choosing It, Living It, Loving It published by St. Anthony Messenger Press was released in January.

I'm about 50 pages into it and so far I like it a lot. It is written in a very conversational style in easy to read segments. For those of you not familiar with Dr. Ray, he is a psychologist, husband and father of 10 adopted children. He ha a radio program on Catholic radio as well as a parenting column that often appears in Catholic newspapers and magazines.

I'd love to hear what others think about the book.
