the bank just accepted the offer we got on our house in AZ. I am thrilled, even though it is lower than our mortgage, but this means we don't have to keep worrying about a foreclosure.

Please pray that it moves forward smoothly (it tooks them months to finally get an offer that they accepted - the buyer must really like our house cuz he has been negotiating terms since Novemeber, where I think most people would have just walked away....)
