I found an interesting prayer (not technically a novena) that I found that is specifically for Good Friday. It is a special prayer you say 33 times on that day (for Jesus' 33 years of life)...

I know I have it somewhere. I will post it when I find it.

P.S. I notice no one else responded to your question. Not sure why. My suggestion is to go on the Catholic Culture website, and/or google Lenten Novena, and I'm sure you'll find things.
