Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say a heartfelt "I love you all!" and a goodbye for Lent, a little early.

Dd was diagnosed with dyslexia among other things, which is resulting in hours-long therapy type work for me here at home with her. It will eat up most of my internet time, especially as we get used to it. I was thinking of cutting down anyway for Lent, and God just helped me along (because He knows how much I need the help!)

If you need me, you can PM (I'll get it through email), email, or Twitter me, which are the only things I'm going to allow myself unless all my other work is done.

Please pray me through the detox I'm going to have! I'm going to miss my daily check in with everyone.

Amy, we'll miss you, too. Know that we'll be thinking of you and praying for you as you work on your new routines of therapy.

I'll miss you, Amy, and I know a lot of other people will, too!   Have a blessed Lent, and best wishes as you work out the therapy routine with your daughter.

I'll miss you here, Amy! But, I do understand your need to withdraw into your home to tend to your precious dd! May God grant you great peace as you faithfully focus on your vocation, and I will pray as well that the therapy routine goes well!

Have a very blessed and peaceful Lent!

Amy, praying for you and for your dd. I understand how it feels to have what you *know* about your child confirmed by professionals. Blessings in all that you do for your dd and your family now and during this break from the Internet!
