Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I just want to say my Nordic Track treadmill from Sears has been great. I really wanted to spend a lot more,on a Precor, as I loved them at the Y. I was a runner in my old days and hoped having the treadmill here at home would allow me to work out easier. And it did.
Hints/things I looked for:
-you have to try them out. Make sure it feels good to YOU. Or whoever is going to run on it the most. Dh didn't care for how this one felt, but I loved it.
-I like that it has one button increase/decrease speed and incline.
-I like that it can be programmed for my own workout. I wish I could program different than 1 minute intervals but I deal.
-make sure the belt is long enough and wide enough for your comfort.
-I really like having hand rails. I have tripped more than once and they have saved me. I don't lean on them while exercising but needed them in an "emergency."
I hope that helps. I am excited for you.
