My husband is in the Air Force and we're moving next summer. This is my husband's LAST assignment before we retire. The list came out today of the positions that will be open. Langley AFB in Hampton, Va is open and we would really like to move there. I'm from Northern VA and all my family lives in Va still. It would be so great to get to move there next summer and settle down.

Please, please pray we get Langley.

My dh is in the military and we had a big move at easter this year - so big that we had to leave our older three sons behiond ( they are working and studying in another state).

Lisa, we lived there when we were first married. Our oldest was born at Langley AFB. I have some fond memories of the area. We first lived in Newport News in an apt. then we bought an old fix-er-upper in Hampton and lived there until the Navy took us to SC.

Good luck! And be sure to give us a ring when you're in NC again!
