Please pray for my niece, who has been in and out of the hospital over the last week with some as-yet unidentifiable bug that is causing extremely high fevers and vomiting and dehydration.

Also, my two littlest ones, who appear to be following in the footsteps of an older brother in developing asthmatic tendencies.

UPDATE: Thank you, everyone, for your kind words and prayers. I heard from my s-i-l this morning that they think my niece has mono (no fun--but it was either that or some form of hepatitis, so we'll take mono!)

Then, early this morning, I developed some kind of stomach bug that has been wreaking havoc on my body. Symptoms come and go in waves, and in between I feel okay and then attempt to do too much and wind up back in bed.

Thankfully, my dc have been wonderful! My ds10 did all his independent work, and even read his chapter from literature to me "to help me fall asleep!" My ds7 did addition flash cards with ds6, and then number recognition with dd5. He really got a kick out of "playing teacher" for awhile.

DS10 just made quesadillas and carrot sticks for the little ones, and I heard them say grace before their meal. Honey for a mother's heart!

Continued prayers, including me, would be most welcome!
