Yes, I'm 40!
It seems like the past few weeks my almost-40yo body decided to start acting funky. I was clearing out the freezer side of the refrigerator, squatting down. When I was done, I couldn't straigten my right leg!!! Ack! It took about five days for it to get back to normal. My knees have always been bad, but this was the final factor in deciding to purchase some supplements to help my joints.
I've also had an odd cycle this time around w/some slight mid-cycle spotting....which has *never* happened. Baby is a year old and we are not trying to achieve any younger siblings.
Actually, I'm feeling pretty good about turning 40 and am finally feeling comfortable in my own skin. I *am* inspired to adopt more healthy habits, and will likely purchase T-Tapp with the money my mom sent for my birthday.  I'm happy to be an official member here now!

Welcome to the club! It is nice to see you again!
I have also had some of the odd cycle stuff. I have been wondering if some of the changes in my cycle are due to having a teenage dd in the house. We seem to have synced up our cycles.
I am trying to be good about vitamins. I take a multi-vitamin everyday and iron too.

I have wondered about the change being due to our teenage daughter as well. We're not quite synchronized, but we seem to be getting closer to that each month. It definitely makes NFP interesting!
