Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Expanding on my request for help in the habit formation of a strict bedtime, what are your favorite bedtime CDs? I'm finding that many of my classical CDs are, of course, a mix of gentle and high spirited pieces....wait a minute, I think I have some Mozart for kids, relaxation music, I'll go look for that. What about other types music - we're open! Thanks!!

Love,

We vary between audiobooks and instrumental CDs for bedtime. My boys' favorite musical CDs by far are John Michael Talbot. There are a few we cycle through; the boys are sleeping so I can't see them now. I am sure one of them is "Pathways to Solitude". Another may be "Quiet Reflections". Not all of his are quieter music, but I think the Pathways series are.

Enjoy the new habit,
Michelle
