please pray for us- the week before Chirstmas brought us the news that our 14 y/o car had had it- and our basement concrete floor needed to be broken up, drainage system installed, and repoured.
This amounts to conservatively 12,000 that we do not have.
almost 6,000 is due Feb 2nd for the basement, and we are trying to refinance our home to get the money. However, this means a full inspection and appraisal THIS monday.
we have 36 hours to basically get this home looking like it is ready to sell, PLUS figure out how we are going to explain the chaos which is our basement.
Thank you for any prayers. We are exhausted and overwhelmed, and live so frugally, there is no way to pull any more money from anywhere, so no regrets in that regard....

thank you everyone. please pray at 9am CST today- the inspectors and appraiser are coming. If we cannot refi, then I do not know how we will come up with the money to repair our home.
