Tonight I plan on making Swedish Meatballs over egg noodles and I'll round it out with green beans and a salad.

White bean and chicken soup (sometimes called white chili) with shredded Dubliner cheese, cheese toast, orange smoothies. So hearty and such comfort food on a super chilly night.

I know for sure I have chicken breasts, onions, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, and some other odds and ends.
I am planning on finding that website that you put in your ingredients and it will tell you what you can make.
Anyone know that site?

Shredded BBQ beef sandwiches and potato salad with black olives. It was in the 70's here yesterday, so I'm in a summer-food mood!

It depends on the weather - if everyone is in because of weather (we're supposed to get 4 more inches today, on top of the 8 we got over the weekend!) we'll have chicken rice soup and cheesy bread wedges. If activities are a-go, My dh will have 2 boys at wrestling practice and one at fencing - so we'll have ham and cheese on bagels, pretzels, carrots, and milk.

Today is ballet for oldest dd so I try to do a crockpot meal or something very quick. Today we'll be having pot roast with rice (we eat rice with just about everything).

Fuzzy, easiesdt way to quote is to go to the post you want to quote and in the upper right corner *of that post* click the quote button.
I'm thinking enchiladas.. and salad.. hmm I don't have refried beans though.. I do have time to get beans cooked though.. but won't have time for enchiladas tomorrow.. hmmmm I usually just serve bowls of beans the day I cook them...

leftover shepherds pie. The girls call it Pilgrims Pie because we use ground turkey. Probably a small salad, also (small because we are almost out of lettuce)

Crock-pot BBQ chicken. Last night I made sheperd's pie from Southern Living magazine and doubled the recipe to freeze one. Hooray!
Just starting to get my groove back after the holidays, it seems...

It's fun to see what everyone is eating. My dh was complaining that he hasn't had any good creamy gravy and mashed potatoes in a long time. So, tonight is chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and coleslaw. Love that comfort food.

What kind of risotto? We usually make sausage, but have it as a main course.
We are having chorizo with homemade tortillas...and possibly celery since MC is guilting me....
