Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anyone know of a good site for construction paper crafts. You know.... cutting, pasting, fun stuff. I am looking for something extra for my littles to do that my older children can help them with. Hoping that some easy crafts will keep them "busy" when our new baby arrives and we start to get back into the swing of things.
Thank you!

There's First School Preschool Crafts Site and I'm really partial to Enchanted Learning.

Montessori World has some great printables on their site for cutting and handwork.

Ditto Jennifer's recommendations. Also, Preschool Express is a pretty good resource.

I also enjoy the crafts and printables from Carl's Corner.

I don't know of any websites off-hand, but I have a Construction Paper craft book that is ever so cute, but we have just never used it!

It's called Construction Paper Sculpture: A Project Guide - it has lots of pictures of items with their instructions - the back has patterns to copy and basic pieces to build one's own items, as well as suggestions for balancing a project that is not sitting right, etc. My only consternation looking through it right now is that it does have a "witch" in it - well, looking at the picture, I could easily change that hat to a halo, use lighter colors instead of black, and make it into a beautiful angel instead! It does show an angel towards the front, but not the specific instructions (it's adapted from other ones, I'm sure).

I might be willing to part with it - let me think about it for a little bit, but let me know if you're interested!
