I am experiencing dizzy spells at the moment. I did a big day weeding the garden on Saturday afternoon and that night had extreme headaches that wouldn't let me sleep and dizziness that made me hang on to the wall whilst walking, I could barely stand up.
This seems to have brought on some old symptoms as of yesterday that I had been blessed to overcome after my pilgrimage but now have returned in a less severe way.
I pray that this new onset will be short lived.
My Mother years ago started experiencing dizziness to the degree that she couldn’t drive any longer as she had 3 bad car accidents in 18 months that they eventually put down to vertigo which we all think stemmed from a very bad neck which needed subsequent serious surgery.
I am hoping and praying that this is not hereditary although my Grandmother also had very bad osteoarthritis which is what my Mother also has to a debilitating degree.
Could you please pray for me.

The spells have eased but my neck is still not too good but better.
Thank you for all the suggestions I think many of them could be contributing factors actually, dehydration, anaemia and those nasty Hormones who are definitely not my best friends.

That is no good Chemai! Do you think you could have strained your neck gardening or did it feel fine all that Saturday in the garden? Was it hot?
Hormones or neck problems, I hope this will settle quickly, I'll be praying for it!

Not to be simple, but just to make sure, are you drinking enough? These are classic signs of being dehydrated, though your onset of symptoms sounds pretty severe...just thought I'd mention it. It's summer down under, isn't it?

I have problems with this too. Dehydration and anemia are also things to investigate. Praying for you.

Praying Chemai - dizziness is so awful. Mine has usually been because of sinus and ear problems. Big hugs.
