I recently received a copy of Gluten Free Mama's cookbook and a bag of her GF Almond Blend Flour and I love it!!!! So far we've made Chocolate Chip pudding cookies, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, and Raspberry Yogurt Swirl muffins and they have all been the best gluten free baked goods we've tasted. Seriously, you'd never know they are gluten free.
