On Friday someone is coming to look at our house ...we need it sold SOON the stress is really taking it's toll not only the 2 house payments but the utility companies who can't seem to understand that empty houses don't use water and gas  Please keep us in your prayers for hopefully a quick sale and if not the grace to deal with whatever happens.  Thank you!!! You all are awesome with your prayers actually a 2nd person looked at the house today and tomorrow we should have a cash offer on paper with no inspections, contingencies etc and closing before the end of the month!!!! Honestly the price is less then we paid 15 years ago but it's more then we owe so we'll take it.  Please keep praying it all continues smoothly Mary G I will be praying for you too no one should have to deal with this stress for so long (we have been on the market since Feb) Thank you again Annie
