I am feeling like I am coming down with a little bug. Could you offer a small prayer for me and my mental health. Illness is a big anxiety trigger for me. I have been doing so good lately and I am afraid of taking any steps backwards. Thanks!

praying for you Matilda, I kwym. I try so hard to keep everyone healthy...and myself.
I was up all night with a vomiting ds, and he is still at it  
off to more laundry and bleach

Matilda, I will pray for you!
This was happening to me too during our winter period which was very bad (caught 10 flu/colds etc) but the anxiety was triggered from the heart virus which I caught a few days after Annuncia's birth. I think I was extraordinarily suseptible to catching things due to the orginal virus's continued subtle effect on me.
I am now wearing the green scapular - for physical and mental health and praying the prayer, "Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death. Amen." When I pray it daily for myself, I will offer one for you too from now on as I know you are going into your winter period over there...do you have a blessed green scapular in the house at all?

Offering prayers for you Matilda.
One very good thing to do is have holy water in the house and keep blessing yourself with it as your anxiety increases, stay close to Our Lady she will always be there for you.

Oh dear, Charlotte...I hate viruses and sick season! I become paranoid about touching the back of the pew...and then there's the baby who is happiest when licking the floor.
