I'm just in a very bad place, emotionally. As a Christian, as a wife, as a mother, as a person. I don't know where to go from here, how to ask for help, even whether I should ask for help.

Updated to say thank you for your prayers, sweet sisters in Christ Jesus. I have been very, very upheld today. I have felt the hands of angels, proving God's love to me. Thank you again.
