Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Anyone using this? Is it worth doing with a 5th grader or should I wait a year or two and do the full program?

Is there any big advantage over other 5th grade grammar programs?

I do not use the Jr. edition but do use AG with my two older kids. My eldest (15) dd had very little grammsr (Shurley Grammar) when she was younger, my eldest son (12) had none.

I actually combine the the Q&A of Shurley Grammar with AG exercises. The way the definitions are taught with SG (Q&A)stick for my kids not matter what grammar program is presented to them.

Both of them have picked it up well.

Gosh, I have read as you have, so many good things about different grammar programs. I would use what seems to work for your kids.
