I feel like I mostly lurk around the prayer requests! I can't seem to pull myself together to be doing anything fantastic enough to post anywhere else  .
After a rough Sept, losing the baby, (I am still bleeding , btw) I developed what I thought was a little cold 8 days ago. I kept thinking everyday would get better, but I give up and give in!!
I'm sick. I have had a fever on and off for days, My head is killing me, I'm up all night coughing, I can't breath, etc etc.
Thankfully the kids have only had normal, little colds and are healing.
I've tried all the remedies. I've stayed in bed and rested.
Please say a quick prayer for me. It has been so long since I've been present to the kids in any meaningful way. I'd just like to be well enough to do that.
I am offering this up for all of you
off to make some more hot tea.

Oh my, Lisa, I know what you mean. I just quipped yesterday that I know I'm having a good day when my laundry is caught up and I'm able to post about chocolate at 4Real  . Needless to say, I spend most of my time with laundry looming and hanging out at We Pray to the Lord  .
Lisa, I'm so praying for relief for you. Please do take it easy. You have been through a painful loss and your body is struggling to recover. Blessed are they who mourn, for they will be comforted.

Lisa, your kids will be fine. Your presence is always meaningful. You are giving them an opportunity to show charity to you and be more helpful at home. Have Tim rent some movies for them... The classic Pooh for Maria. :)

I'm off to the Dr. I can't even function at all today, I feel so sick. thanks for the prayers.
The nurse said pneumonia is really going around right now, and said I should have come in sooner....
