Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

not too much help for energy - but for circulation:

I take this:

Veinoblend by Vitanica.
It is a mixture of horse chestnut, butcher's broom, and a few other things.

Horse chestnut is VERY helpful for circulation. It has been shown to be as effective as compression stocking for leg circulation. I like this brand, but there are many others that are similar.

Also - Vitamin E and garlic are both helpful for circulation.

hth,

I don't know. I would try to see an NMD, to get their opinion. I was seeing an NMD (he had started as a regular MD) and he was the one who started me on this due to pregnancy related DVT, but I had already been forced to stop nursing due to the blood thinners. Sorry I can't help more....
