Focus on the blessing of having an extended family. I know a woman who is the only child of two only children who were the only children of two only children.

She has no aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters or brothers or the possibility of having any, save through marriage.

Laura, You're in my prayers. I hope the visit is much easier than you're anticipating.

Try to assume good intention from them, even when you're SURE it's not. That made the biggest difference for me this summer -- I did my best (didn't always succeed) but I did my best to assume that everything said came from a space of loving me and not judging me.

Of course, those are my issues and may not be yours at all. Disregard as necessary :)
