Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Ive been looking for some St. Martin picture books.

I couldnt find any on Amazon or Amazon.ca but
I found a bunch on amazon.de but I of sourse i cant read them.

Do any look good? It would have to either have simple enough text to translate or have really amazing illustrations.

More "Catholic" would be better of course than just lantern stuff but that would be ok too.

I tried a bunch of combos but got the best looking results by typing in sankt martin

I dont know if the link will work but here -
Sankt Martin

Thanks Maggie

I don't know if you saw this thread from last year - St. Martin of Tours. There is some mention of the Sankt Martin books from Amazon.de - it looks like Stephanie might be our resident German book expert.

My dh is coming to the States in 2 weeks, so if you want any books or playmobile St. Martins maybe we can arrange something.

Maggie, if you supply your own text I would just go by the pictures to decide on a book.

Good news about St. Martin books! I contacted Sarah at Alphabet-Garten and she will be adding a few of the German books on Saint Martin to her catalog They should be arriving in 2 weeks and can be ordered now. I hope this helps !

Blessings,
Kym

Lisa, it's not readily available to us in the states, seems only to be available from the German Amazon site that was listed in the older thread.
