Update October 10th!
We removed conditions on the new house this a.m., it is ours! Home Inspector says it is an extremely well built new home, and it was obviously not built in a hurry. So we're moving again October 31st. Thanks for prayer. Our real estate agent paid for the home inspection for us as a gift, the lawyer is representing us for free in the problems with this home..... We've been so blessed through all of this. God is good. I feel overwhelmed when I think about it.
We still need prayer for the existing problem with the landowners of this home. Please pray for peace. They have apparently spread some very serious lies regarding my dh, we have a hunting rifle (she said he might use it on us--I can't imagine anything worse to say about someone, based on nothing more than strange imagination). These neighbours were so worried that they came by the other day to check and see if the kids and I were still alive. This is just too much at times. I won't put anything past them after this. I was able to speak with the neighbours and calm their fears and I think they won't trust what this lady says anymore. They said they don't doubt that there is mold in this house!
Okay, only 21 days to go, before we are in a much safer place. The prayer support is tremendously comforting right now.

Update: October 6th.
Well we moved into the house after much assurances from the seller. Red Flags came only days before we had to move from our rental... We reluctantly moved hoping our fears were unfounded. Long story, but we found mold among many, many serious issues. We hadn't removed our conditions as we'd arranged to rent it for two months before buying. We consulted our lawyer who advised us and helped us. We informed them that the deal had fallen, and we were not going to purchase the home. They have a very dirty lawyer who has attempted to try lots of things to retain our $2000 deposit, we have also lawfully paid them rent (they can't do that  ) to threatening to change the locks if we left the premises.  It has become a rather stressful tense situation. Oh dear, yes again!
They have backed down though somewhat, although our lawyer feels that they will still try to retain our deposit after we quit the property October 31st. We are attempting to put in an offer on another home, a good long hour away from here. So please pray that the Lord can guide our hands, minds, and those of our real estate agent and lawyer. Please pray for peace in the situation. We are actively praying for our enemies, and would so much appreciate others to join us.
Thanks so much ladies, your prayers have already born much fruit. You just wouldn't believe the strange fumbles that people have made and didn't allow us to remove our conditions. It was so amazing, and a testimony of the grace of God.

We're moving, buying a house, not sure if any of you might remember our landlord issues, he returned suddenly and wanted us out so he could be in.
I am struggling with some serious anxiety. I feel like I am just falling apart, today. the thought of moving has me just tied in knots. Saturday is moving day. Issues have come up with the seller, he hasn't paid a bill on a second electricity meter on the property for 9 years as there was a clerical error and they didn't bill him, he didn't correct the problem.... ! Not sure how this will all play out, it seems very dishonest to me. Kind of worried about the house we have really fallen in love with. *sigh* Prayers would so be appreciated. Poor dh is trying to sort through all of this, and run about and work full time.

Oh no, Rebecca! Am I wrong in remembering...but isn't this the second time this has happened to you all in a short span of time??
