Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Seven Sacred Pauses: Living Mindfully Through the Hours of the Day?

I have just ordered this book & I am looking forward to its arrival. Just wondering if others have any thoughts on it?

There isnt much info out there about it, I found this article
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1141/is_14_44/ai_n249 45068
I am really looking forward to reading this, but i have to point out that i am not Catholic, so coming to this from an 'uneducated' point of veiw.
I have been looking for wasy to include a rhythm of prayer to our days..i hope this will inspire.
