We've decided to stop piano lessons here for our boys. They've had them for 6 years and honestly both boys have lost interest in lessons. They're both involved heavily in karate and Christian Youth Theater and something had to give...they picked piano.

We've had the priviledge of having the absolute best piano teacher in the world for the last 5 years. We'd really like to give her a gift at our last lesson which is next week. She's a wonderful homeschooling christian woman who just sent her last child off to college last week.

Any ideas?

A gift card to somewhere, perhaps her favorite music store, Christian book store or mall?

Every teacher I know LOVES getting gift cards. They do not love getting coffee mugs.

Also, perhaps your boys could make a card for her? I've always treasured the gifts my students give me that they've made themselves. A card would be very nice...
