Hi friends,
Please keep me in your prayers this evening. I am returning back to the Cathlolic church and have my reconciliation tonight. I am actually looking forward to it and the blessings and grace from this wonderful sacrament. It feels so good to be home!!!

Congratulations! I will keep you in my prayers.
I joined the church when I was 25 so I had never done a confession until that time. I had a great priest who had a wonderful sense of humor. I was really nervous about it. I told Father that 25 years is a lot of stuff to confess and he said, "Oh no...I think I'm going to need a cup of coffee for this one."
LOL He seemed to know that I needed humor to relax. I truly appreciate how he walked me through the process. I hope you have exactly the kind of confession you need.

Oh that is too funny! I had a friend who had an experience like yours only she was the one who made the priest laugh by asking him to promise we wouldn't fall out of his chair! It turned out to be a very moving experience for her! Hope yours goes exactly as you need it to!

Praying and celebrating with you! I converted, so I had my first confession at age 27. It is one of the great blessings of the Faith, and has made such a difference in my life.
