Please keep my cousin Michael in your prayers. I just found out that the wife and little kids have moved home with her mom in another state. They are contemplating divorce. The kids are both very little. Please pray that they will reconcile. I hear it is mainly financial stresses, but you never know the real story in these situations. Just please keep them in your prayers. As a child of divorce, I fear for the future of their children. The parents are hurt by divorce, but for the children, the pain is often unending. Thank you.

We're praying that this family receives multiple graces from God to overcome what seems like an impasse in their lives. My brother and sil were separated for years before they divorced. They're still friendly, and their kids are all in college now, but there's still a rift.
I'm just reading a book recommended by Elizabeth on her blog called: Home-Making. The first chapter is about keeping marriage fresh and lovely.
I'm usually a little cynical about these types of books because they seem sticky sweet or unrealistic considering current and large families. Can I just say I *love* this book after only reading the first chapter?
I won't recommend sending the book to them unless they really are searching for help, since it might be seen as meddling. I really hope everything turns out well for them.
